RETURNS & REFUNDS
For health, sanitation, safety, and product-integrity reasons, Brittany's Closet does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds.
Many of our fragrance products are packaged in bottles that can be opened or unscrewed. Once an item has been purchased and leaves our possession, we cannot verify whether the product has been opened, altered, used, or exposed to possible contamination.
For this reason, we cannot accept returned fragrance products once they have been purchased, shipped, delivered, or picked up.
For in-store and pickup purchases, customers are encouraged to inspect their items and confirm that their order is correct before leaving the store.
ONLINE & SHIPPED ORDERS
Please review your fragrance selection, quantity, shipping information, and other order details carefully before submitting your online order.
Because fragrance preference is personal, disliking a fragrance or deciding that a scent is not right for you does not qualify the item for a return, exchange, or refund.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
In-Stock Orders:
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped or made available for pickup.
Shipping/transit time begins after processing is complete and is separate from our 3-5 business-day processing period.
PRE-ORDERS
If a fragrance is not currently in stock and is identified as a pre-order item, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for processing.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the order may not be ready for pickup or shipment until the pre-order merchandise becomes available.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact Brittany's Closet promptly so we can review the issue. Please keep the product and packaging and provide photos when requested.
